No glasses, (water or wine), no dish towels, no hand towels, only two bath towels, on day 2 battery in the key lock died which left us locked out until someone came after 40 (very stressful) minutes to fix. Hot water died on the last day and we had to text to get instructions to reset. Nice owner with good intentions but we would never book here again.

Beware!! Dirty and decrepit

This place is a dump. It felt dirty and decrepit. The main bed was fine, but the sofa bed was completely broken. They gave us dirty mattresses instead. The shower constantly clogged. There were stains on the walls and the carpet was filthy and falling apart. There were broken tiles in the kitchen and the button for the Fletcher of the toilet is missing.

Very dissapointed with this stay. It is in a great location and would be ideal but we had no hot water, and nearly none of the outlets worked. This meant no WiFi, we had to take turns charging phones, the microwave and toaster didn’t work. But really the lack of hot showers was miserable. The water was so cold it was uncomfortable.

Old and rough but it worked

The place had everything I needed...but it was old. Musty smelling in the kitchen, shower drained slowly. Tiles falling off the wall. Okd frayed dirty carpets in the hall. The owner tried to be accommodate with more towels and dish towels. He was attentive...but the apaneeds some TLC! The price and location are great. The stove worked, hot water was good, fridge and washing machine! No dryer. It isa 2.5 at best

Do not stay

Apartment was completely falling apart, tiles falling off the walls, stains on the walls, all fixings damaged and badly presented. Also the shower didn't work at all and no toilet paper provided. I wouldn't wish the place on my worst enemy.

Poor Hygiene.

The apartment itself is OK and well situated, my main downturn was finding stained sheets and tableware. Didn't sleep comfortably knowing the hygiene wasn't good.

The location is convenient and I loved how straightforward it was to get in. Just using door codes etc. But that was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. And the whole place felt very dirty and uncared for. I think they greatly improve the property by make some small improvements to the furniture, bed & overall vibe.

Es ist unpersönlich, da alles über SMS oder Email läuft.Wir haben den Vermieter nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Er war im Kontakt allerdings sehr zuvorkommend. In der Whg gab es eklatante Missstände. Beide Betten waren kaputt, bei dem Schlafsofa ließ sich der herausziehbare Teil nicht fixieren, da die Führung kaputt war, bei dem Doppelbett war das Lattenrost und das Metallbettgestell kaputt, es war schon notdürftig repariert, aber nicht zu benutzen. Wir haben auf dem Boden in der ersten Nacht geschlafen.Wir haben den Vermieter sofort kontaktiert, allerdings konnte erst am nächsten Tag jemans kommen. Es war dann im Wohnzimmer ok, doch am nächten Moren war das Probelem wieder da, denn es ließ sich nicht zurückschieben, fiel ais der Führung und das Probelm war das gleiche. Das Doppelbett war auch nur etwas besser, aber nicht dazu geeignet eine ruhige Nacht daruf zu verbringen, denn die Metallfüße standen nicht am Boden und es schaukelte wie ein Ozeandampfer.Wir haben dann die Matratze wieder an den boden gelegt und im Wohnzimmer schlie ja nur einer und der hat den schmalen Teil benutzt. Ich hatte das auch dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, dass ich keine Lust mehr auf weitere "schlechte" Reperaturen habe. Er hat sich entschuldigt und mir für meinen Aufenthalt beim nächsten Mal einen Discount versprochen. Das wird sicherlich keine Option,.Außerdem gab es keinerlei Infos zur Wohnung(Heizung.... Dusche schimmlig, es gab keine Wassergläser, kein Geschirrhandtuch,Küchenaussattung minderwertig...

Convenient for my work, the flat was smaller than expected but there were a few nice touches like bathroom shampoos/bath towels nicely presented. Heating wasnt working properly but owner sent plumber fairly rapidly. Large TV, could have done with some tea bags/sugar as the flat did come with milk and a kettle, so couldn't make tea. 3rd bed was not made up on arrival despite booking for 3 adults. Had to contact owner to find out about bedding. Toilet seat loose and shower didnt drain properly, but overall we were only there for a few hours so it didn't bother me too much. Owner very helpful though.
