Pool Hotel -The room is very small, dirty and old. Very Noisy at the mid-night. The wifi super slow. The breakfast are also terrible. Not recommend to choose this hotel.

Not Recommended Loud noise No advance notice for construction work Heavy horrible smell of mold Very dirty fan (of ventilation system ) in the bathroom. Couldn’t stay for even three minutes in the bathroom so without shower for my three nights stay and no housekeeping at all. I had to grab toilet paper from public toilet. Newly refurbished room actually used cheap materials. Old room was so “tired”. Reservation with double bed room but they said there’s no such room for me. Very disappointing. Not recommended at all.

Previously I wrote a good comment on this hotel but too bad third time “isn’t” a charm. It’s very bad. I had a late flight from Germany to London and I actually sent message in advance to the hotel saying that I will check in very late. My reservation was a double-bed room but they gave me a very noisy twin-bed room the first night. Although the front desk promised they would give me a double-bed room for the next three days, they told me there’s no double-bed room available the next day. I don’t think this is right. Even though I ended up in a triple room there was a serious problem of very moldy smell in the bathroom and the fan is so dirty. The room is so “dated”. Front desk and house keeping - no good service and no advance notice for their construction work. Very disappointing !

Good Value with quality

Good Value with quality. Convenient, quiet and comfortable ! Love their breakfast and generosity of free storage without any charge. Most of all, there’s lift. For a traveler with more pieces of luggage for a long stay, hotel with a lift definitely helps a lot. Will choose to stay there again.

No air conditioner, Wifi only at lobby, pay if at room Reception 24hours Free - luggage storage, you can keep it before check in. Breakfast 07:30-09:30 (free) Near to Bayswater underground(Metro) Station but no lift. Paddington underground/train station have lift if you have heavy suitcases.

We did not end up staying at all. Wechecked in saw our room and left immediately. Only had cash payment and was dirty. The staff were not shocked when we walked out paying one nights accommodation for the cancellation.

The kettle was mouldy inside. May be it was used a year ago and it was left with water inside and noone saw the need to disinfect it Shower gel dispenser is broken so it doesn't work. Imaging having shower without soap/shower gel.

Ekleste hotellet jeg har vært på i hele mitt liv

Jeg har reist mye i verden. Dette er virkelig det skitneste og ekleste stedet jeg har vært. Vi fikk rom i en kjeller, det var konstant bråk og lyder, vinduet var høyt oppe. Jeg er tror ikke det er helt i henhold til retningslinjer for Brann. Sengen var skeiv, ikke bare min med og de andre. Helt forferdelig sted, jeg kunne skrevet til imorgen tidlig, uten å finne et eneste positive ting å skrive om dette stedet.
