Nice hotel in good position but the room we had was an accessible one for some reason (we didn’t ask for one) so it had a very low sink, open shower and high toilet. But the main issue was the lack of AC on a hot night in London. Very uncomfortable

Fantastic location, rooms were spacious and clean ( we had the family room) lots of towels, our room looked on to the train station we heard trains throughout the night , ear plugs were provided if you needed them we didn't and we all slept soundly .. will definitely stay here again
