This is a budget B&B with friendly and helpful staff, and one great feature: CONVENIENCE. It's just around the corner from Earl's Court Railway Station, which has direct trains to Heathrow Airport and the Underground to everywhere in London,, including main line railway stations from which you can go to anywhere in England and to France - nice to take a day trip to Paris to visit the Louvre! Ealr's Court Road is safe at night with pub food and conveninece food and a nice Chinest rtestaurant on the road opposite the road the hotel is on. I've stayed at My Place Hotel many times over the years and will book there again.

My Place has long been my regular London hotel on my vacation trips. On the plus side, the staff are great and always helpful. Nice simple free breakfast, spacious outdoor seating area, bar, ability to leave luggage (for a small fee) for a few days), comfortable beds, convenient to shopping and Tube station. On the downside, a few small repairs here and there would help, and room amenities are few (depending on the room - my small single had no tea kettle, fridge, microwave). It's not the Ritz, but for the price My Place is a great deal for travellers.

Clean property but a bit tired the rooms. In the photos there was an air conditioner box and a controller on the wall but property doesn’t have AC, only a fan. During a heat wave it wasn’t the best for sleeping.

A relatively cheap hotel for London that provides the basics; clean sheets, a bed and a hot shower. It is very handy to the underground lines for central London and Heathrow. Rooms are small and well used and showing their age but you are not paying high prices. Breakfast is provided which was filling, offered something for everyone in terms of continental style.

This was a great place to stay for two nights with lots planned to do. It is just two minutes walk to the underground ( with lifts for luggage) or bus stops that are on good routes for top sights. The room was compact but not too small, clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Ironing boards and irons are on each floor. Breakfast was more than enough with a range of cereals, juices, pastries and choice of bread types. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is a great laundromat just two minutes away and for coffee lovers an Aussie cafe across the road to get proper coffee. There are lots of places to eat nearby. All in all a great place stay and definitely one I’d return to.

Outside space - large decked area with seating and tables, and a larger lawn with tables and chairs. I liked sitting outside to read my book and drink a tea. Tea and coffee available from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm in the dining room. There are sofas as well. Very close to the tube station.

The hotel was within a very very short distance from Earls Court station which made it perfect for us with limited mobility. Had a triple room for 3 adults which is usually difficult to get. Room was clean, beds comfy with fans provided fir the warm weather. Bathroom was very small and because toilet was sort if behind the sink you had to slide on. This had caused the seat to become loose and was a bit difficult to use. Shower was also difficult to get in and out of bath, but water pressure was ok. Tv, fridge & hairdryer in the room with iron & ironing board on landing. Great to be able to help ourselves to rea and coffee downstairs and sit outside if required. Breakfast was ok with choice of cereal, toast, croissant etc. Its not posh, just basic but with a great location you cant go wrong.
