Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Presenting this modern and private one bedroom flat. The flat itself is beautifully bright with big windows, a well-equipped kitchen, high ceilings, bathroom with a bath tub and a comfy bedroom in the heart of London. The street is located in a busy area right by Embankment Underground station and Charring Cross train / underground stations by Traffalgar square. Netflix and Nespresso coffee machine are also there… pet fee +£100 per stay. The flat is located on the 2nd floor with no lift. Stairs only.

Host communicated well. In a convenient location for food and entertainment. Louder environment but host provided earplugs that calmed the noise for sleeping purposes. Need to be able to do stairs. Overall met our needs for our stay.

Enjoyed our stay here! Great location and the noise didn’t bother me or my wife despite the reviews. I liked being by a grocery store, subway, and a nice garden. The only thing that holds me back from 5 stars is that the apartment does not have air conditioning. This is partially my fault for not checking before, but I feel that staying here in the summer was a mistake due to the lack of ac. It would be a 5 star winter apartment to stay in, but a 4 star summer apartment due to this. The owner provided fans, but these weren’t enough for cooling me or my partner’s American bones.

Nice stay

The only drawback to this apartment is that it is on a noisy street at night - I ended up sleeping with earplugs. Other than that, it is an amazing location close to theaters, restaurants, and Underground stations.

Poor VRBO customer services experience

Poor VRBO customer services experience! Host was magnificent, couldn’t do enough for us. We had water ingress in the kitchen area, host was great, they’d contacted VRBO and told us to contact VRBO and they would sort alternative accommodation. Phoned VRBO twice, but got nowhere with them, eventually they hung up on me without resolving accommodation! Luckily the host let us stay on, but they were out of pocket because of VRBO. Will not be using VRBO again anytime soon.

Great location, easy to get public transport or walk. Lots of food places and a nice market just outside. Plus a coffee shop downstairs. Nice clean flat with good amenities. Bed was a little hard (only for me, my partner didn’t mind) but otherwise everything was perfect. We had messed up our arrival time and the owner was very very accommodating to us which was really nice. Would stay there again and would recommend
