This was a nice, centrally located hotel, very comfortable bed, with an excellent breakfast. No phone in the room, which meant if you wanted something you had to go down to reception and ask, a minor inconvenience because they were very helpful. The best fish and chips We’ve ever had were just down the street at a small pub on Hercules Ave.

Best hotel ever! Great location, right in the city centre - walking distance to Big Ben, London Eye and also at the same time very quiet and allows for a great sleep. We had 2 rooms for our family of 5, both were great, one of them even had a view of Big Ben, our kids loved it. Delicious hot breakfast with a small fee, very well worth it, a lot of variety, the breakfast area is kept very clean.

Very good hotel, close to everything. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around the city. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of options. The duty manager, Tonima, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My daughter Safa even spent some time with her in the lobby and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is very quiet, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. A great experience overall.

We stayed 3 nights and truly enjoyed it! The beds were very comfortable. The room is a bit smaller than most but we managed with 2 people. The bathroom was clean and updated. No outlets though. We had breakfast 2 nights and it was delicious! We had dinner 1 night and it was good. Definitely great when you have been walking all day and don’t feel like going anywhere. The BEST part is the location. It was a 7 min walk to Lambeth North station which is on the Bakerloo line. It was so easy to manage and took us basically everywhere except the Tower Bridge /borough market area. Had to take a bus but the bus stop is right outside the front door! The area was beautiful and quiet. There were many restaurants and cafes to walk to. We felt safe and would highly recommend staying here. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

The staffs were good. The room is sufficiently (but not perfectly) clean. There is not enough water coming out of the shower. Many Premiere Inn hotels have bath tabs, but unfortunately my room did not have. There was no clear instruction inside the room about the room cleaning. (I did not need room cleaning, so I wanted to know whether I should explicitly show it, e.g., by using a tag at the door, or they do not clean the room unless I explicitly ask it, but I found no instruction about room cleaning in the room.)
