It was shocking, room had sofa bed but no bedding, the room stunk and the shower over flowed as drain couldn’t take the water - Room 3311 probably the worst I ever had !! The hotel needs a good clean and staff need training! (Front desk staff ok)

Upon check in we were given a room which was not ready and had previous guests unmade bed and dirty towels. When we went back to reception, we were given new room and new room had dirty towels. Really unhappy with the cost paid to have such bad experience !

Very convenient to Heathrow (short cab or Uber ride), nice gym & big warm indoor pool. Perfect for someone flying in or out of Heathrow but not for a longer stay (not a lot of restaurants close by & far from all the other London attractions)

I don’t appreciate being lied to. I paid for a family room and they checked us into a non family room and then lied when I went to front desk until I showed them a picture online of a family room only then did they move us. I wasted an hour of my time dealing with this. If I hadn’t had the picture he would have remained adamant that I was in a family room

Awful check in experience. No available front desk staff, so I had to use the automated check in but this froze. So waited for someone to assist me. She Insisted on taking my passport details even though I am a UK citizen and had already paid in full two months ago. The room I was given had not been cleaned and looked like someone had had a party. I was given an upgrade room as replacement and this had not been cleaned also and I had to wait outside the room while it was cleaned. The food is expensive but poor quality.

AC wasn’t working, called front desk for sending someone to fix AC, and they said it will take 1 hour to get someone to fix, well after 5 hours no one showed up.
I got sick due to this situation.
Thank you and i will never ever stay inn any Radisson hotel in my life.
Following a difficult time at the airport with baggage being damaged and items lost the staff were immensely helpful finding me a way to charge my phone. Mahesh was particularly helpful
Unfortunately my room resembled a sauna and I was brought a fan and maybe someone can fix the aircon…

The room was tired and in need of modernisation. The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy. The bathroom was superficially clean but obviously hadn’t had a deep clean in some time.

Shower head was non-functional. Sheets and duvet, were stained as were the walls and curtains. Door trim was battered and broken. Greeted with self check-in screens rather than a reception. Even the room key card case was a recycled cardboard folder with another room number crossed out pop
