We book last minute booking a stay before heading out on an early flight from LHR. All was good on check in. The self check in was easy and very self explanatory. The room was great. Bed was super comfortable and pillow was just right. Aircon worked very well. Room was also very spacious. Very easy to arrange a Uber or Public Transport from the hotel to the airport.

In the middle of ny shower I discovered there was no shower gel. The smoke alarm went off for about 3 mins and woke me up. No one was in the room smoking so not sure what that was about. The pillows were too high and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Perfect for decorating a bed but not to sleep on. Also, the towel warmer did not work. Did not have a comfortable rest at this accommodation at all.

Unser Familienzimmer im Dachgeschoss bot ausreichend Platz für drei Personen und war ordentlich eingerichtet. Das Bad sowie eine zusätzliche Toilette befinden sich außerhalb des Zimmers, was jedoch kein Problem darstellte, da wir die gesamte Etage für uns allein hatten. Während unseres Aufenthalts über Silvester war es leider stellenweise recht kühl in der Unterkunft. Das Zimmer lässt sich zwar über eine Klimaanlage beheizen, diese ist nachts jedoch zu laut, um sie wie eine herkömmliche Heizung durchlaufen zu lassen. Auch bei der Technik gab es Mängel: Die Fernbedienungen der beiden Fernseher hatten leere Batterien, eine Tischlampe funktionierte nicht, und die Klimaanlage fiel zeitweise aus. Positiv hervorzuheben ist aber ganz klar das äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das sich umgehend um die Behebung der Probleme kümmerte. Allgemein betrachtet hatten wir dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt, auch wenn es noch Luft nach oben gibt.

We are a family of 4. My husband, myself and our 2 kids. The room was extremely cold after being in it for 2 hrs. The temperature reading was 13 degrees in the room.Someone from the hotel bought a heater but that was pointless as we are in the family room and the room was too big for the heater. The heat in our room stopped working while we were in the room and we ultimately had to leave as the hotel says there is not other room they can put us in. We left 1230am to find another hotel as the temperature outside was in the minus.

The front desk receptionist was covert helpful in giving outbound and inbound directions out into the city. He was very patient as this was our first time in London and he went above and beyond. I did not catch his name but he is an elderly man with glasses. Overall the hotel was clean and had everything you needed for the price. Our bathroom also unfortunately kept leaking water and we had to place lots of towels.

Was een klein, rustig en net hotel. Wij hadden een kamer op de begane grond, moesten een stukje door de tuin/patio wat erg leuk was. De staat van de kamer was netjes, modern en schoon. Handdoeken werden verschoond als ze op de grond lagen, dus elke dag kregen we schone handdoeken. De medewerkers van het hotel waren erg vriendelijk, zowel bij het inchecken, uitchecken, maar ook wanneer we het hotel verlieten voor een dagje Londen. Het hotel was te bereiken met een bus, die voor de deur stopte, vanaf een groot metrostation die een directe verbinding had richting Londen. Al met al hebben wij een goed en fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel. Wij hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de ontbijtservice.

Not happy

I stayed here in may and had a really good experience, it was clean and fresh and a comfortable bed. This time the room was very grubby, the people upstairs were really loud all night and kept us awake the whole night. There was also two really small half used toilet rolls in the room meaning I had to go to the women’s toilet outside of my room twice as it was very late at night. I emailed the hotel twice and told them about the noise problem from upstairs and did not get a response. I have left unrested and tired.
