Property Details:
This 63-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor without a lift. The flat has a small private outdoor terrace for your enjoyment. This area is strictly non-smoking. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machine for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
Both bedrooms are courtyard facing and furnished with double size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is en-suite to the first bedroom, the second is accessible via the hallway. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, while the other has a bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

Clerkenwell, once known as "Little Italy", is a home for various historic pubs, bars, Michelin starred restaurants and food markets. Mentioned in Shakespeare’s sonnets and popping up in some of the greatest works by Charles Dickens, the area is also a heart of creativity for theatre and design. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
