We had a great room. Quiet, clean. Moved to another room, due to ‘water issues’ never was any. The new room overlooks the school yard, so it was quite noisy along with the rumbles from the tube. Staff was great.

The housekeeper slammed into my surgically repaired elbow because she wasn’t looking in the direction she was walking. The staff flat out lied to me that they would adjust my “upgraded charges” accordingly and the next day they refused and didn’t keep their promise.

What a terrific welcome by Ridge! He got us into our room early and gave us all the necessary details for a terrific stay. Even though the AC wasn’t great and the bed not super comfortable, the customer service was awesome!!!

Although this in excellent hotel, the front desk management was very poor indeed, with delays- but more importantly with un warranted amounts being taken from my AM Ex card. i have been struggling all morning to speak trop someone, have been lefty holding on the line for various times totalling half and hour and calls back did not happen.

We loved this hotel and would stay here again if we come back to London. The staff was great and attentive. The location was close (walkable) to Big Ben, Parliament Square, Westminster, Buckingham Palace and several tube stations. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and other breakfast options.
