The Brunswick Oasis 2 Bedroom in Notting Hill

This home is located on one of London's most salubrious streets, with Kensington Palace and Gardens to the East, Holland Park to the West, High Street Kensington at one end of the road and Notting Hill at the other. A fabulous stay for any occasion. You have the opportunity to experience this charming and contemporary two bedroom apartment that boasts its own patio area, truly an oasis of calm ready for you to enjoy.
The space
This lower ground floor 2 bedroom apartment located in one of the most sought after residential areas of West London. It promises to deliver a memorable experience for up to 5 discerning guests who want to experience stylish London living.

The apartment’s lounge and dining area effectively showcases the quality of the entire apartment, with the modern effortlessly combining with the traditional. Enjoy the fireplace and mantelpiece artwork alongside the flat screen television, both of which can be enjoyed from the sofa. There is also an armchair situated in the corner of the room, a great spot in which to read, relax and reflect.

But there is yet more to enjoy at the other end of this space, beyond the circular dining table that makes for a great place to enjoy a formal sit-down meal or where work can be undertaken or games played. For through the glass doors lies what is probably the highlight of this impressive London serviced apartment - its patio space. It really is such a treasure to have private outside space to enjoy this close to central London. There simply aren’t that many properties in the area and available to let that offer the elegant little oasis of calm you have here. A table and chairs make the space ideal for breakfast, reading the papers while enjoying a coffee, or for an evening cocktail as you reflect on the day just gone and plan your adventures for tomorrow.

A second set of glass patio doors leads you from this area into the first of the apartment’s two bedrooms. In here, you can really appreciate the effort your hosts have gone to in order to present luxurious sleeping quarters that are a match for any boutique London hotel. High quality mattresses, top class bedding and puffed-up pillows await to guide you into dreamland on every night of your stay, whichever of the two bedrooms you choose.

Heading back to the lounge and through the archway will lead you to the apartment’s kitchen which, in keeping with the rest of the property, is stylishly presented. Enjoy having ample room to rustle up culinary delights for those mealtimes you decide to spend in the house. The appliances and countertops are of the very highest quality, and including cooking and washing facilities, the like of which you will not find in London hotel rooms.

Last, but certainly not least, the apartment’s two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, offer guests luxurious spaces in which to freshen up or wind down, depending on the time of day.

Other things to note
LONGER STAYS - For bookings 14 days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning session will be arranged for you. This service is necessary as we’ve found that it helps to avoid any extra cleaning fees at the end of longer bookings. Please get in touch with us before proceeding if you do not agree to this, as you may be required to pay an additional cleaning deposit that will be refunded to you after the check out inspection by our housekeeper.

If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, prior to arrival, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving license. Above information may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16; we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.

INSTANT BOOK GUESTS: if you are under 24, come from London and in a group please contact us first. You will also be required to present your passport at check-in.
Where the person making the booking is different to the guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for damages or house rules being broken.

EARLY CHECK-IN: We are happy to arrange a free early check-in after or around our check out time, as long as there are no guests checking-out on the day of your arrival. Subject to availability.

A GUARANTEED EARLY CHECK-IN before check-out time can be arranged for an extra charge of 60% of the night rate. Subject to availability.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 11AM. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to charge a late check out fee (60% of an additional night’s stay). Late check-outs can be requested in advance but are subject to availability and may be charged at 60% of the nightly rate.

BABY COT: A baby travel cot (also known as a 'pack and play') and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
Please note - the travel cot mattress that comes with it is thin, as most travel cots are. We follow the Lullaby Trust's advice not to put any added mattress or padding into the travel cot for the child's safety.
We do not supply baby bedding for the travel cot.

London is constantly developing, therefore, some building works can occur from time to time in the local area, which can cause some noise during working hours 8am-5pm.

On a quiet pretty street

Lovely basement apartment on a pretty street. Well-equipped kitchen, light from big bedroom windows, and a central courtyard. It was nice to have two bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again
