The Hampton Residence

The Hampton Street Residence is a great space comprising 110 Square meters or 1100 Square feet. The house is tastefully decorated with brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The location is within the zone one station of Elephant and Castle which gives easy access to central London in one or two stops. The main supermarket Tesco is a short walk away. If you are a family or group of colleagues wishing to stay in a large apartment in Central London this is the choice for you. We have four bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as laundry machines and separate kitchen. For London Standards this is a good size House. We can hold then guests easily without it feeling too cramped of busy. The apartment is split over three levels with the added bonus of an outside area to the rear of the property.

There are many restaurants and eateries within a 5 minute walk from basic cafe to high end dining, there is food for every choice even before heading in to central which is only a stones throw away. If the weather allows you are only a 15/20 minute walk from big Ben and parliament. Whether you are a family group of business colleagues staying together this is a great choice. We do not accept any type of parties, hewn dos, stag nights, 18th or 21st parties. we like our neighbours and do not agree to any groups or parties of any kind.

Un nombre de couchages erronés

L’annonce indiquait 12 couchages dans la maison. Or, il n’y en avait que 10!!! Notre interlocuteur nous a indiqué qu’il y avait un problème de mise à jour des informations entre le site Abritel et le site Home Away, les 2 dites présentant des informations contradictoires… ces incohérences datent d’au moins 2 ans, semble-t-il!!!! Nous considérons cela comme de la publicité mensongère... Ce n’est pas la 1ere fois que nous sommes confrontés à ce genre de problème sur le site d’Abritel. C’est sûrement la dernière fois que l’on passe par ce site pour réserver une location…
