Welcome to this beautifully designed four-bedroom townhousenear Liverpool Street Train Station, where comfort meets contemporary living. Perfectly suited for families or professionals, this home provides a spacious and stylish environment for all.
The Layout
Ground Floor: As you enter the townhouse, you are greeted by a bright and inviting hallway. The ground floor features an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, making it an ideal space for entertaining guests and enjoying family time. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient WC, providing easy access for both residents and visitors.
Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, ample storage, and sleek countertops, perfect for preparing meals. The space is designed for both functionality and style, ensuring that cooking and dining experiences are enjoyable.
Living and Dining Area: The spacious living area is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With plenty of room for comfortable seating, it's the perfect place for relaxation or hosting gatherings.
Bedrooms and Ensuites
Three of these bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms (lower ground, second and third floor), offering privacy and convenience for family members or guests. The en-suites are fitted with modern fixtures, ensuring a comfortable experience.
Master Bedroom: The generous master bedroom on the first floor provides a serene retreat, offering ample terrace.
House Rules
1. Tidiness and Cleanliness: Ensure the apartment remains neat and clean throughout your stay. Tidiness should be maintained until your departure.
2. Cooking Restrictions: Avoid frying or cooking foods that emit strong odors within the apartment.
3. Care of Premises: Be cautious to prevent marks on the floors and walls. Exercise care when moving suitcases or other items around the apartment.
4. Privacy and Access: For your privacy, only the host and designated staff will have access to the apartment, primarily for routine and urgent maintenance as well as housekeeping.
5. Waste Management: Dispose of your rubbish regularly.
6. Amenities: If you require additional towels or linens, kindly contact our staff for assistance.
