The hotel is in a great location. The amenities are minimal. The room is tight, but it is clean. The staff are very sweet and kind and helpful and our quick to respond. I would definitely stay there again, but I would read as an average hotel. It is either recently builder recently renovated so the room finishes are in good condition.

Room was immaculate and well equipped. The reception team were really helpful and assisted with an early check in. Only slight drawback is the food/bar options being at another hotel close-by. Well located for transport links and walking distance to hit the shops!

Very nice property located close to Marble Arch, close to transit and many restaurants, bars and pubs. Our room was quite roomy and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The optional breakfast (£20) is served at the Cumberland Hotel and is superb - worth every penny. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at the Thistle Park Lane hotel and were extremely impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanlineas of our room and the hotel's location. Amaan was particularly helpful and welcoming on reception. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

Rigtigt fint hotel. God størrelse værelse. Gode senge. På trods af central placering ikke mærkbar støj. Det eneste der ikke var styr på fra start, var en shampoo beholder som var tom. Og at de 2 separate senge vi bestilte ikke var flyttet fra hinanden. Vil meget gerne bo der igen

My room was very good whilst my friend I was staying with had a slightly different experience as his room was in need of some renewal as carpets were stained and overall it looked tired and a little grubby so I feel it depends a bit what room you get which I could say about half the hotels in London. For £250 a night though its not unfair to expect better. The hotel staff were great and the hotel itself is very nice and is excellent positioning for staying in the area if you want to keep the budget lower than some of the others in the area. When I come to London spending lots of time in my room isn't the plan and the bed was comfortable to sleep in at night so for me this does the job well.
