The hotel is in a prime location, easily accessible by bus and train. Staff was friendly and the rooms were good - the floor carpets looked a little old and had some stains on it but overall a decent place to stay for the price.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and perfect location next to Marble Arch underground. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby and perfect for shopping on Oxford Street. Staff were lovely. Room was bright, spacious and very clean.

Avons passé une semaine au Thistle London Park Lane. Hôtel très propre, staff très gentil, serviable. Toujours le sourire. Hôtel très bien situé. Près de tout. Bouche de métro à quelques pas, arrêts d’autobus, à quelques minutes de Hyde Park. À quelques minutes de la fameuse rue Oxford (3 km de long de magasins dont Selfridges, Marks and Spencer). Quartier très bien, calme et nous nous sentions très en sécurité.

THe hotel is very basic with no restaurant on site but rather next door. Itwas clean and the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. I would equate it to a Courtyard Marriott.

Super location. Staff really friendly and helpful.
The hotel is linked to the the Cumberland hotel next door, which is where breakfast is served. The full buffet breakfast was excellent and staff very attentive.

Convenient location as its literally just next to Marble Arch Station for the bus, tube and everything is walking distance.
The bed is very comfy, room is the right size for 2 adults and a child. We have enjoyed our two night stay.
