Character radiates from every corner of this home. Slate fireplaces, pine shutters, vintage furniture, and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves create the warmth and personality of a well-loved family home – the perfect antidote to sleek modern apartments.
The large kitchen evokes a countryside feel with its stone floor, range cooker, and wine fridge, opening out onto a small patio for morning coffee or evening drinks. When the weather's kind, head up to the first-floor roof terrace, complete with barbecue, wooden dining table, and chairs – ideal for al fresco dining with a view.

Sleeping up to five guests, the master bedroom occupies the first floor and features French antique furnishings and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding roll-top bath and original Victorian fittings. Please note the shower in this bathroom is ornamental and not in use. Upstairs, a further double and single bedroom share a large shower room – all decorated with vintage beds, traditional accents, and an eye for cosy, lived-in charm.

This is a true London home – warm, welcoming, and full of stories – ideal for families or friends who prefer timeless character over contemporary minimalism.

Wandsworth Road (Overground) is nearby, and the 137 bus runs directly over Chelsea Bridge to Sloane Square, Knightsbridge, and Oxford Street – bringing the best of central London within comfortable reach.

We Love
That roof terrace is a real gem – perfect for warm evenings with friends over a barbecue. The vintage charm throughout feels genuine rather than styled, giving this home a warmth you simply can't replicate in modern builds. And being a short walk from Battersea Park? Those riverside paths and open spaces are ideal for morning runs or lazy Sunday strolls.

Home Truths:
No smoking, pets or parties. This is a three-storey townhouse with stairs throughout. The en suite shower in the master bedroom is ornamental and not in use – guests should use the main shower room upstairs. The exterior doorbell is a video doorbell that records CCTV footage of people entering and leaving the property. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21 years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities. 

When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
