Unique 2 bed duplex with sunny balcony in great west London location

This unique and spacious apartment has been architecturally designed and features exposed brick walls, original timber floors, feature ceilings and even its very own stained glass window. The apartment is situated on the top two floors of the building which is a 5 minute, safe walk from Hammersmith tube station (great mainline access to the rest of London).
This cool retreat offers the best of both worlds: situated on a quiet residential road, but only moments from the buzzy Lyric Square where you'll find coffee, pubs, shops, restaurants and easy transport links to the rest of London.
The bedrooms are on the first floor (one includes an en suite shower room), as well as the family bathroom complete with under floor heating. There is also a dedicated laundry area with separate washer / dryer machines.
The kitchen and living space are on the top floor which has a wonderfully light and airy feel to it. Fantastic view from the balcony of the surrounding London roof tops, great for catching the evening sun.

This place was in a great location with easy access to public transport. It was nicely renovated with great storage for travelers. Be prepared for a lot of stairs! (We were a bit surprised). Lovely garden space for outside relaxation. Highly recommend the apartment and the host!
