Tucked away in the heart of vibrant Kensington, this bold and eclectic garden flat offers a truly unique stay for those looking to immerse themselves in London life with style. Bursting with personality and colour, the space blends modern comfort with playful design, making it the perfect retreat for friends, couples or families.

The apartment is located on the lower ground floor and comfortably accommodates up to five guests. There are two bedrooms—one with direct access to an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower-bath combo, and the other, the main bedroom, situated next to a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. While not directly ensuite, it’s conveniently positioned just outside the bedroom door. The main bedroom includes a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a cleverly designed double-over-double bunk bed, offering flexibility for both adults and children.

The living and dining areas are a feast for the eyes, with a striking mix of patterns, textures and colours that create a lively yet cosy atmosphere. Think velvet seating, bold wallpaper, striped walls and vibrant furnishings that reflect a fun, boutique-hotel energy. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy in the stylish dining space, while the extended living area offers plenty of room to relax on the sofa after a day of exploring. One of the standout features is the private garden—a charming outdoor space complete with a bar, leafy green walls and seating, ideal for unwinding with a drink in hand.

Kensington is one of London’s most prestigious and characterful neighbourhoods, offering a unique mix of culture, green spaces and elegant architecture. From the flat, you're just a short walk to world-renowned institutions like the Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum and the Design Museum. Just minutes away on foot is the Queen’s Club, the iconic venue for the pre-Wimbledon tennis tournament, offering a real taste of British sporting tradition. You’re also a short stroll from the Olympia Exhibition Centre, one of London’s major event spaces hosting international exhibitions, shows and conferences throughout the year. For everyday essentials, North End Road offers excellent convenience with Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Tesco all within easy reach. The area is also packed with independent coffee shops, traditional pubs and a huge variety of restaurants to suit every taste.

The nearest Underground station is Barons Court, just a short walk away (a 3 minute stroll). From here, you can access both the Piccadilly and District lines, making it incredibly easy to reach central London attractions such as Covent Garden, Westminster and the West End theatres. You are also next to West Kensington tube station, which is about 5 minutes away on foot. With excellent transport links and the charm of Kensington right on your doorstep, this flat makes an ideal base for your London stay.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
