We stayed at the hotel for three nights, but during this time our room was not cleaned even once. At check-in, we were informed that housekeeping would be done every other day, however this did not happen at all. Therefore, I would rate housekeeping only 2 out of 10. I contacted the reception to request an extra towel and to report that our room had not been cleaned. The receptionist was surprised, as their system showed that the room had already been serviced. He responded immediately, brought us clean towels, and took out the trash — for which I am grateful. However, it was very unpleasant to return to a room that had not been cleaned for two days, especially as there was a persistent unpleasant smell. It seemed as though housekeeping simply chose not to bother, possibly because we were checking out the next day.

La habitación que nos asignaron no era la que se reservó. El cuarto de baño no tenía ningún tipo de ventilación y estaba metido en un armario. La habitación tenía chinches y no nos cambiaron las sábanas ni nada durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin duda una muy mala experiencia, no repetiré en la vida.

The neighborhood was convenient, and the room, while pretty shabby, was clean. However, the shower in my room was broken, the water pressure was poor, and the towels were threadbare and stained. That said, it was extremely inexpensive and the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Room was clean and tidy but very small.The staff were really helpful. Shower water pressure was extremely low which was a bit inconvenient. Finally, the walls are very thin so sounds travel easily. Having said all this, the location is good and the hotel was affordable and nice.

Clean, simple hotel. Two stars so wasn't expecting too much. Housekeeping said towels changed every other day but I had to request this specifically. Staff very friendly. Just a suggeston if youre staying a few nights, due to the thin walls between rooms, you may want to pack ear plugs to get a decent nights sleep! Otherwise, god few nights break and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel room is small but tidy and cozy. Our room was only cleaned once but I don’t think it’s scheduled at a regular time so we might have been there when they tried. Towels were replaced every other day. Neighborhood is quaint with lots of places to eat and shop close by.

Excellent vacation for tourists, but I would recommend this if you need a quick stay or one or two nights. I was getting tired of the narrow hallways and musty rooms, but to be honest London in this neighborhood is just like that. But an excellent location if you’re trying to zip around the city quick.

A lovely hotel to stay at. Good value for money. Elevator for suitcases. Close to two tube lines and several buses. Great location. Getting renovated. Safe area.
