「Dead bolt did not work at all, swing lock was broken off, and there was no do not disturb sign. Almost as if the staff wants to be able to walk in on you, which they tried to do every morning. Very very frustrating and not at all okay. Breakfast was very poor and was not restocked often, but the waffle machine worked so was the only thing we took advantage of.」

「I don't know what they put in those mattresses, but I slept amazing uninterrupted hours and woke up genuinely refreshed. The room was spotless, the blackout curtains actually worked, and the bedding was luxurious without being fussy.
Staff were friendly and efficient at every turn, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Just an outstanding stay from check-in to checkout — I'll be back.」
