"It’s a lovely property, architectural design which makes parts of it impracticable. Drinks at “happy hour” only include beer. And the 3 pools shut at 7pm - much too early in the heat. Staff were lovely, the facilities that were open were lovely. It was very clean and a convenient location to walk to food vendors etc."

"The hotel is about 300 ft away from the Tran Hung Dao street, so the advantage is it's less noisy, but guests taking tour buses need to walk about 300 ft to get to the hotel. The hotel is well maintained, the breakfast room is spacious enough and clean, as well as the room. Mine is on the 6th floor with a great ocean view and a balcony. The staff was excellent, helpful, and welcoming. The only negative point is the noise from other guests on the same floor. Kids and even adults at times,, screamed, not sure whether it was the frequent heated debates or just being rude. Also, on the 7th floor, there may be a pool or something and each morning, it flushed, and it was so loud for a couple of hours. If not for the noise, it would have been a great stay. I did enjoy my stay, though."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great for local cuisine. Language was a bit of a barrier being from Australia. Resort itself feels a little dated, not really like the photos online but was okay and serviceable. Pool was always clean but just not cold, same as the ocean…. Would I stay again ? Probably not, I believe it would be worth paying a bit more for a bit better."

"I loved my stay at Sea Breeze Resort & Spa! The room had everything I needed with a comfortable king size bed. It had a good sized balcony with a nice view of the pool and ocean. The property grounds were perfectly manicured with a ton of diverse trees and plants. The resort is in a great central location close to a ton of great restaurants and close access to the beach and last but not least, the staff were absolutely amazing. So friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Sea Breeze Resort!"
