"Excellent property and the owner is very nice! We were visiting from Texas and never have been to Long Beach before. Its only about a 45 minute from New York City and love being able to visit New York City and then get some peace and quiet from that busy city. The location of the home is perfect and can walk to the beach about two blocks away. There is a laundry mat around the corner and can knock out your laundry fast.
