"The apartment was conveniently located and with parking for our car. Our apartment was on the second floor and the folks below us complained about our small children waking them up early (sorry!). I also wish they didn’t wake up at 5:30 😮💨 The dishes were not clean and there were only 2 forks and 5 spoons. We did some cooking there but the apartment was clean other than the dishes, definitely left them better than we found it."

"We loved our stay here. Very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Easy checkin with a door code. Perfect for a family gathering and larger than I expected from the pictures, with lots of room for our group of 8 people. Lovely 2nd story deck with spacious dining and lounging area and nice backyard. Very close to beautiful beaches and a short drive to Bearskin neck. Highly recommend."

"This house was exactly what we needed for our trip. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for my husband, two young kids and myself. The location was perfect and the beach was a short walk away. The property is located on a main road but I was never bothered by road noise during our stay. Kitchen is small but offers what you need to make easy meals while on vacation. Would recommend to others."

"The property was in a good location and was able to hold our family. Gloucester is a beautiful place to be. We did find some things that needed repair or and upkeep. The microwave was broken and the foosball table was also missing parts. We also were not able to use the garage as stated in the listing and the gas grill was falling apart, it worked but needs some care."

"It is a great place to stay with kids and older adults. So easy to get to the beautiful sandy beach. The water was so clear, shallow and gentle waves. Very refreshing water temperature. Shed in back has many beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys, 3 floats too. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water was wonderful to change or just rinse off the sand before entering the house. Needs a bucket to rinse your feet on the side porch. Indoor showers were clean, bedding clean and comfortable, house is one level. My elderly father, who uses a walker, came with us and was able to navigate the 4 steps up to the back porch. Luckily the path from the parking lot was a paved slope with a sturdy metal handrail. There’s a place 3 minutes away called Surfside subs and pizza, next to an ice cream shop that we frequented several times. Monday and Tuesday only they have good lobster rolls for 13.99! You can’t beat that!"
