「Very friendly reception staff, good location and cost for money」

「From check in to departure, we were greeted and asked if we needed anything to sing out. Amazing customer service and the room was very clean and had ample kitchen ware, the first in 5 other stays this holiday. Situated close to shops, chemist, dinner optionns ect. Highly recommend to anyone needing a night or few in the area. Perfect fo our family if 5」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a problem with our room so the lovely person on reception gave us an upgrade to a fantastic room. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Pool area on the lake was so relaxing. Hotel aesthetic was great, it felt like a lot of care goes into the look and function of everything. Would definitely reccomend.」
