“We chose this property for location, price and water views. We were impressed and would stay again. Check in was quick with complimentary prosecco. The room was well appointed with robes and slippers, full length mirror, coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. Bathroom had a walk in shower , single sink, barn door that provided privacy. Lots of parking available. A very well stocked section in the reception building offered items for purchase such as snacks, drinks, toiletries you may have……

“Unfortunately around 10pm a water pipe burst on the third floor where we were staying and flooded the whole floor. My family had to quickly gather all your things and evacuate. Our whole room flooded but thankfully we made it out. This happen the same night we checked in. Front desk person did not know how to handle the unfortunate situation and never apologized or said much to anyone. The manager was 45min away. We ended up getting a refund for our whole stay and went to go stay at one of our……

“We stayed in the main building of the property. The room was spacious and well appointed including a hair dryer and kitchenette with microwave.They have free bikes and canoes available for guests. The ladies at reception were very helpful and nice. The place is close to the Marathon Lady docks where we took a fishing trip that was great fun. There is a pickle ball court, bbq and a pool. It was scorching hot so it would be nice if they planted more trees for greater shade. We had a nice stay-……

“This is an outstanding set up for families with kids. I would definitely stay here again. The staff at check in was fair, housekeeping and around the pool excellent. I thought food and drinks on site were significantly overpriced. BYOB and plan to dine out in town.”

“The entry doors locks make me nervous very outdated. Also, requesting room service should be easier. Finally, I called the number I was given six times and never got a response even when I was calling, because of illegal activity on the property. Housekeeper was very nice and rooms were very clean.”

“I arrived to find that my room was overbooked and already taken . I was offered two other rooms that were not acceptable. One without a sofa and one with no view. After traveling to the keys from Ft. Lauderdale it was most disappointing. They offered a refund and it took me three hours to find somewhere else to stay. Will not come back”
