「The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters. 」

「We highly recommend Treasure Harbor house boats, it was clean, the A/C was cold, water heater perfect, and close to everything we needed. It’s like a tiny house on water. Dallas, was accommodating and professional. Overall 5+ stars. We visit the keys often for scuba diving, we have now found our home away from home place to stay. Thank you!!! :-)」

「We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet with exception of early morning rooster calls (not fault of property mgt). We used the pool facility and enjoyed the sun and swim at a clean pool. The staff at Yacht Haven accommodated all of our requests for clean towels during our stay. The AC was quiet and provided cool lodging.」

「Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. I would not recommend this for anyone looking for comfort, all in all it's...

「I've stayed here for a number of years and the property appears to be slipping. At check in they were training a new employee and their computer went down for 15 minutes, so it took a while to get checked in. The staff was very polite. The A/C in the room didn't cool completely. The rooms don't have true refrigerators, they have chillers which do an ok job but aren't as cold as a fridge. 「Although this is priced at a high end resort, there is nothing high end about it. Needs a lot of updating. Our room was very much in need of some deep cleaning and updating. We stayed on the 5th floor which smelled of pot the whole stay. Housekeeping was ok but very inconsistent. There is absolutely no beach to go swimming and the water was littered very badly. This is a $150 a night room all day! NOT $450! We took the shuttle a couple times as we were there for a wedding and the driver was not...
