The rooms all have a screened in porch with a view of the lake and the sunset. The room was very clean and the kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The price is very reasonable for a room so close to the lake.

Nice place to stay for a quick overnight. Basic amenities but very clean. The owner was very friendly, polite and helpful. The only negative I can recall was the walls are thin and I could hear snoring from the room next door but this was manageable. Otherwise, I nice stay on a memorable trip

Sandy Point Motel was a real find! Though the room was small, it was immaculately clean and had a private screened in porch that made the room feel bigger. All the rooms have a private screened in porch. The beach, down a long rampway, was large and pristine, with plenty of beach chairs. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and we were in easy driving distance to both meals and sights. Would absolutely stay there again!!

The room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Opening up the floor to ceiling drapes revealed a screened in bug free patio that looks out over the beautiful lake. The sandy beach was great with chairs, kayaks, canoes, and a swimming area. Daniela and David were excellent hosts. We will stay the again.
