Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Bedding: Strip used sheets and pillowcases (excluding comforters and mattress pad covers) and place them in the basement in front of the locked door.

Ensure all windows and doors are locked.  Grill If used, please clean and cover it. Boats Turn them over and place them on the deck. ✔ Collect any trash from the yard and place it in garbage bags.

Place all garbage bags in the large outdoor bins. If bins are full, put extra garbage between the white and green door at the entrance.  Wildlife is common in the area do not leave garbage unattended
