“We had a lovely week in this cottage. Large enough for the 5 adults, comfy beds, a spacious dining table , great for playing board games and cards. Good WiFi and comfortable lounge with a smart TV.We used the public BP EV charger opposite, easy to use you just need to download the app. Ideal location close to a variety of shops, Sainsbury's, beach, amusements and some excellent walks. Perfect for a traditional seaside holiday.”

“Wonderful Cottage. A proper home-beautifully furnished, super cosy and everything you could need. The owner was extremely helpful-with advice for things to do and helping us as we left some items at the property. There was also a very well received welcome basket of goodies. Everything was just absolutely lovely and I would recommend this cottage wholeheartedly.”

“Coachmans Cottage was very peaceful, clean and well equipped. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed in. The countryside around the cottage was amazing and access to local amenities was very helpful as a family who were new to Norfolk.”

“Generally good accommodation and in good location although the house is a bit tired and in need of modernising/decoration. Generally clean and tidy, although not sure if it had a deep clean due to COVID-19. The hot water is far too hot and could result in burns, maybe reduce temperature or have a notice warning of very hot water”

“Our stay was for 3 nights The cottage is spotlessly clean and very very comfortable.The weather was kind to us.We will be back later in the year and our stay will be longer.The hosts are very helpful and recommended a couple of places to eat.”

“Lovely modern cosy house in centre of Gayton village, close to the local pub. Everything was provided and we immediately felt at home (as did the dog who loved the garden). Great communication with the owner and everything was super easy to gain access. Close to King's Lynn and less than an hour from the beach at Well-Next-The-Sea. Even a disused windmill in the village, that is someone's lovely home! Recommended”
