「Everything was great except for my check in. The guy at the counter, Dillan, set me up on the 6th floor near the elevators (605). I explicitly voiced my concern about elevator noise, which he dismissed outright. Turns out I was not able to get the rest I needed due to the elevator noise as well as other mechanical noises coming from the roof. Very disappointing.

「We needed an affordable place to stay while we visited nearby family, and this place hit all the requirements. It was clean, the staff was SO friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot, varied and plentiful. Bathrooms, towels, sheets and bedding were all very clean. The mini fridge was handy. It's just a great, simple place to stay that ticks all the boxes.」
