“I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.”

“Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“Cindy at the Pool was a waitress we worked with and she was excellent. There was also a waitress from Boston. She was excellent. They both went above and beyond. The pool and property were great. Our room was excellent. The food has gone downhill. The breakfast was chaotic and cold and they were out of coffee a couple of times and it just wasn’t very good. A woman with short hair at the front desk was curt to quite a few folks checking in and was not very helpful or pleasant.”
