"We were so lucky to have found this property and they were able to accommodate us last minute when our other lodging fell through. This home is huge! With more than enough space for our family of 4. Check in process was super quick and easy with instructions sent to us the day before. House was clean and inviting on a beautiful piece of property with a view of the stunning mountains of RMNP. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub that was hot and ready to go and the kids enjoyed the ping pong room! The house is just minutes way from Estes Park and RMNP.We were bummed about the water situation though. Upon our arrival we were told to not use the washing machine due to low water levels in the cistern which was less than ideal but I don’t think it’s something that happens often. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to book this home again. "

"We had a wonderful stay and this property did not disappoint! We saw mule deer and a big bull elk from the deck! Had everything we needed! Steve was very attentive and accommodating when we had a special circumstance and request. When it is time to return to Estes Park, we will definitely check to see if this house if available!"
