不满意：清洁度、员工和服务、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
What a dump. Staff could not work the computer system, and kept looking at me like this was my fault that I put her in the position because I was checking in. She actually raised her voice at me at one point. Then she gave me a dirty room. I went back and she called someone to assist her and they said no. The room I finally did get had clean linen, but the bathtub had a ring and still had soap from the previous occupant. It is conveniently located to a truckstop which is 24 hour food and drink, but there is another hotel on the other side that I will be staying in next time because the staff is very polite and the property is nice. They were full is the only reason I ended up here. I cannot say enough about how bad this property is. I wish I could leave you the pictures that I took so that you don’t make the same mistake I did avoid at all costs.
