"Was pleasantly surprised with how nice the unit was for the price. I only stayed for a night but will definitely recommend y'all and stay there again. Room was nice and cool when we arrived. Staff was friendly but not in an annoying way. 👍"

"Building is older but they are trying to keep up with all the needs. Our room (with 2 queens) was quiet, comfy bed and pillows, and updated nicely. Hot breakfast was great with lots of choices."

"I feel this hotel has slipped a bit from last year. Last year it was such a standout from the other places we stayed on our trip that I really wanted to stay here again. Maybe it’s just that our room this time was upstairs and harder to get to. But the place was perfectly clean and everything functional with great bedsheets. Easy walk to BBQ restaurant."

"We came into town from Ohio for a family reunion. This house was perfect for my children to have a Kansas experience. The host was very easy to communicate with and welcomed us with fresh farm eggs and corn. The house was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We even used the grill. I really enjoyed sitting outside both mornings and nights and listening to nature. We are planning on coming back next year."
