When tummies start to rumble, whip up something delicious in the well-equipped and airy kitchen which boasts everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bring your glasses of bubbles up the spiral staircase and out onto the marvellous roof terrace, which is a delight whatever the weather. When you’re not losing yourselves in the spectacular views overlooking the town and its sandy beach, enjoy lazy lie-ins in one of two bedrooms. On the mezzanine floor, a double bed with overhead eaves and exposed beams provides a cosy space for one while, on the ground floor, a double bedroom with a TV and bathroom offers privacy at its finest.
Enjoy days out on the golden sands of East Looe Beach, Hannafore, Plaidy and Millendreath, all within 5 miles of the property, or take a boat out to the nature reserve Looe Island. Here you’ll find a variety of precious wildlife habitats including woodland, maritime, grassland and rocky reef. While away the hours with the little ones by taking the train to Plymouth and scouting out the shops, or head west to Truro or Penzance for more memorable days out. Catch mackerel for supper along the South West Coast Path, or stay closer to home and explore the winding streets of Looe, where lots of cafés, bars and restaurants provide world-class eats.
