"Peri & Johnny are amazing hosts! The apartment is well decorated and they go over and above as hosts by providing coffee and some snacks. Their dog Cassie is friendly and good with other dogs. The hot tub was clean and well cared for. Really could not have asked for more."

"We all love the layout of this house and having the cabins so people could have some space if they wanted it. The private dock was nice but be prepared for the hike back up from the lake! One thing I would highlight though is the host does not want you to use their towels for any lake activities. It would have been very helpful to have this highlighted in the description when renting so we could have made sure everyone brought their own towel. Other than that it was great!"

"Nice older building, one thing to keep in mind there isn't any internet, phone service or TV. For us it was okay we utilize the blue ray for my grandson. For our needs the worked out fine since most of everything we had to do was in Newport for our daughters wedding. Pastor Ted is a very nice accommodating man."

"Loved the views. Bachelor pad for sure which my 30 yr old son loved. Perfect for the 2 of us. Very roomy and clean. Sitting on deck every morning while sun came up over mountains was so relaxing. If I had to pick one thing to change it would be driveway and parking. I rented a small car so was lucky to get it turned around to go back down driveway but super difficult if neighbors trucks was there. No other complaints and if we are ever to return we will definitely look for this place again!!!!"

"This was ideal for our family gathering to attend my grandson’s college graduation. The house is comfortable and spacious and includes 5 bedrooms and a dining table that seats 10. The owner actively manages the property and responds to queries quickly. We had an issue with the coffee maker (possibly due to operator error) and he delivered a new one to the door within two hours. "Property is exactly as described on VRBO, a small house with a great view right along the little Spokane river. Very calm, quiet and tranquil, a wonderful couple of days spent chilling out. The little house is extremely well thought through, has many amenities not expected, the owner clearly shows exceptional organizational skills putting so much into such a small space.
