“My best friend and I loved staying at the modern downtown condo. It was clean, cozy with games and snacks for us. The owners communicated excellent. The beds were very comfortable and clean and they had sound machines in each room which I appreciated. The home was quiet and easy to navigate. We did a lot of walking to the local shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this modern downtown condo during our daughter’s Baylor orientation. The space was stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, making our trip truly enjoyable. The host was exceptional—kind, responsive, and incredibly understanding when we had to leave unexpectedly due to a family loss. They told us not to worry about a thing, which meant the world during such a difficult time. We’re so grateful for their compassion and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting……

“This property was perfect! My two friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The location was walkable to restaurants and shops, and only a few blocks from The Silos. “The loft was perfect for a quick getaway for our anniversary. The loft was close to the Silos, Magnolia Market, etc. There is the cutest bookstore next door. I really enjoyed the warehouse vibe. The loft was very neat, clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Waco!”

We were able to easily walk to the sites we wanted to see, and easily navigate to sites that were a bit further away. “The home had everything we needed. It's in a very safe place, and we were able to park in front of building most of the time.Everything was close by, and no matter what time you went somewhere there's absolutely no traffic congestion.We have family that we came to see, and they say this is a great area.We thought the bed was to soft for us.
