This place is beautiful, worked perfect for us, since we had a family road trip from San Diego, CA and had our truck. I cannot see my self there without a car Beautiful property, super easy check in, perfect by the pool. We will come back !!

Great for families with kids

Very nice apartment, steps to the pool. Very walkable area too. Nopolo is like a little gringo oasis and feels like you could be anywhere but it’s very tastefully done with all the pedestrian alegs and landscaping. Perfect for a 2 night stay at the end of our trip.

This is a lovely property with easy access to everything you need. The owners obviously have a flair for the artistic and I love the ingenious way the wall hangings have been hung.

Beautiful architecture and amenities

Loretto Bay development is very aesthetically pleasing in terms of the architecture and landscaping. This rental is very nicely appointed and in a central location. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and accommodating. It was enjoyable to walk on the beach and around the golf course close to Juncalito Beach. Also great food at Vista Del Mar clam shack just sourh on the beach.

Poolside Get-away

Great location just steps to pool, lovely back patio/garden and three doors down from great Wine Bar restaurant, Cactus Liquor store and Le Bistro French restaurants (say “Hi” to Emanuelle” for us!) Owners were very responsive and we wished we could have stayed longer than our two weeks but the house is so popular that we could only get the two. Also just a four minute walk to the Sea of Cortez beach.

Quite vacation

We happened to be there when it was quite and not a lot of people. The store and a restaurant were just around the corner with good food and wine. Morning strolls along the beach every morning. This rental delivered!! I would go back again.

Perfect!!

This place is PERFECT. Clean, location, views, quiet and we have already rebooked for next year. There's plenty of room for 6 even though it was only 2 of us this time. We will return with family next time. Pool is directly behind the unit and it's tame, no partying, seems everyone here is on the same page. This is not Cabo.

Lovely Casa with multiple courtyards to enjoy

Overall I enjoyed my stay and as my 3rd visit to Founders I still am blown away by the magnificant gardens and loved walking the paths everyday as always a new flower or cactus at every turn here. The Casa was spacious and met all my needs in the way of comfort. I would like to suggest adding a couple of lounge chairs to the 2nd floor as the pool area was busy and sometimes noisy with teens shouting/running around. Enjoyed early swims and the cheerful birds singing in the morning as they won me over and I decided to start each day watching them while having coffee. Shame the fountain didn't work as a nice feature. Had trouble finding the modum with internet password & day 3 had management agent come to show me the location. I enjoyed the stay here and would love to return next year with family. Thank you Monie & Bernie

April Stay

As advertised. As mentioned in other reviews, the condo is on the main road into the property so can be abit noisy which is only really bothersome in the AM. Also bring ear plugs and eye patch for sleeping as the birds start around 6AM and there are no black out blinds in the Master bedroom (even normal blinds would reduce the sun first thing in the AM). Lacking BBQ utensils, but enough other kitchen items to make do. Dishwasher needs to be addressed as we had to check / clean again most items after each wash. Fountain wasnt working and wasnt fixed during the week, disappointing as a nice feature. Those are just the "being honest with feedback" items. We enjoyed the unique layout and proximity to major amenities. Hardly used the AC as comfortable to sleep at night and open doors worked during day. We would consider staying here again. Thanks

Beautiful Loreto

It was our 3rd time in Loreto Founders Neighborhood and our 3rd rental. This time we brought our dog and very grateful this rental allowed pets. The location is perfect if you like to be near a pool - just open the gate and voila the pool! It is a bit loud all day with children having fun, so if you want a quiet space this would not be the best spot for you. Being close to the road has its pros and cons too -- so convenient and very easy to load and unload your car but you do hear the road noise from the highway throughout the night. The home is lovely and our favorite spot was the courtyard in the morning drinking our coffee. The birds are so enjoyable to listen to and watch them fly from tree to tree. We were disappointed that the fountains were not operating. The gardener tried to fix but for the 4 weeks we stayed we did not have the fountain operating. Also, for a month long stay a few more towels and kitchen utensils would have been great. My only other suggestion would be to add a cozy outdoor seating area. All of the seating outside was table and chairs -- a few lounge chairs or a couch would have been a great addition. The walkability of the area and the beauty of the neighborhood is worth returning for again and again -- Thank you for opening your home to us!

Amazing location in Nopoló which is very charming and with its own beach. The villa was better than described, with all equipment you need and in front of the pool. We would definitely go back to this place.

Great Spot to Stay!

Just as advertised, this Casa was in the perfect location for our family’s stay in Loreto Bay. Steps from the pool and lots of close options for dining, drinks and more. We hope to be staying here again next time!
