“great and spacious room, with very nice lake view. excellent service.”

“離市中心有點遠，但沿湖風景秀麗，步行反而是一種享受。”

“I had a very disappointing stay at Best Western Hotel Bellevue Au Lac. The room was nothing like the photos on the website — outdated, worn, and clearly misrepresented. The facilities are old and poorly maintained. Even worse, we experienced discrimination from staff at breakfast. “風景不錯，沒想到房間那麼小，沒地方整理行李”

“Exceptional service - attentive, honest, responsive staff. Restaurant very pricy, but room service more affordable and delicious. Location is a bit off the beaten path, but with a little adventure you can get down to the center of Lugano.”

“We were asked to pay at the hotel and it’s different from my booking experience with hotel.com that paid to hotel.com directly I’m not sure if this is normal.”

“Superbe séjour dans un endroit grandiose.”
