“Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this sweet little townhome. Amazing balcony views, nice and quiet area and so close to all everything in town. The house was clean and communication with the hosts were easy peasy. I would 1000% come back to Catalina Island and stay at this location. Thank you again! ”

“Nice place and was in good walking distance to everything. Appliances are old. Carpet and rug needs to be renewed. Otherwise good place to stay.”

“The house was not clean at all. It was full of bugs and flies, and the bedsheets and pillow covers smelled bad and appeared dirty. I informed the host about the bug problem and asked if they could spray the rooms, but nothing was done to address the issue. The “ocean view” advertised was very misleading, and the pool was constantly overcrowded with people who stayed there all day.”

“The location was great! We took an uber to Universal Studios, it was roughly an 8 minute ride. Drivers were readily available. The property was clean, well stocked, and cozy for a small family. We had a great trip and the host was responsive and pleasant.”

“The overall accommodation experience is very good. The community is quiet and safe. The whole house is clean and comfortable. It faces the sea and has beautiful scenery. Our whole family likes it very much. The community has its own beach. The only drawback is that the golf cart is a bit old and the left rear seat belt is always loose. Hope the owner can repair it.”

“There's a nice cafe in the building on the ground level and a restaurants of all types within walking distance the building itself was by far one of my favorite things about the stay very historical would stay again”

“The place was perfect for us. Great layout and parking. The garage door was broken when we arrived. The host was responsive & fixed it the next day. The location was not what was shown in the original VRBO map for selecting properties. We were expecting to be closer to the beach & walkable to restaurants. That was disappointing for our vacation. ”
