"We stayed there several days and really enjoyed how great the valet parking was as well as the front desk. Our rooms were clean and everyone was wonderful. I used to stay there many years ago when I was a flight attendant for United and not based in LA and the staff has always been wonderful there."

"An amazing option if you want to save a ton of money but stay near the downtown area. Amazing pool, nice lobby, and really great to have two bathrooms + shower in each room. It is a bummer that you can't eat or drink outside food in the lobby or at the rooftop, but there is a common area in the basement where you can heat up your food, etc. However, with this low rate, you can't really complain about anything. "

"Breakfast is not included. The price of $24 for the breakfast seems too much given they don’t have many options in the buffet. It says they clean your room every other day. Mine wasn’t. I had to ask them to do it. The hotel shuttle to the airport was delayed over 40 minutes, even though the fire itself is less than 15 minutes and there’s no traffic. The staff was friendly and efficient, but there’s nothing really happening for the hotel other than the staff."
