I caught scabies at this facility. Don’t stay here unless you wanna leave with some extra friends.super upset I fill disgusted. How can they rent rooms out that are not disinfected.Worst experience in my life. Never again

I expected a Best Western to be a hotel with indoor entrances. This one is not- it is a motel . Parking is adequate. I did not use the pool. The room has a mini fridge but no microwave, but there is one you can use in the laundry room. Not so quiet here. There was a lot of traffic and helicopter action the first night I stayed. There was also a lot of light shining in, but the curtains were effective. I was pleasantly surprised by the large variety of breakfast items available: fried eggs, real bacon that was tasty, hash brown potatoes, 3 kinds of cereal, toaster waffles, bread and a pancake maker, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee piping hot. Being a gluten free person I was able to have a good breakfast without having to bring my own food. There were dining options right across the street- a Mexican restaurant and a sushi place. One suggestion for management would be to tone down the air freshener in the room. I could not pinpoint the source of the fragrance. Even after airing out the room the smell lingered. I ended up leaving the window open.

It's a great place. The breakfast is good, staff very friendly and helpful. The room has everything. Parking is spacious. It's near a highway exist, by historic route 66, 8 min drive to Huntington garden and library.

bed is hard, cushions on chairs to sit at table need to be replaced - not comfortable to sit on. got very sick from the very greasy bacon at breakfast

A Great Value
The price of this hotel is very competitive, yet it’s a very clean and comfortable room. I stay here often when I’m in town on business. Depending on traffic, it’s 20 - 40 minutes from Burbank airport.

The breakfast was good. The bed was not comfortable. The bed was too hard. The jacuzzi did not work and the pool was cool. The location was good.

Our guest can go right next door to our sister property to enjoy theirs for the time being. I hope that helped.

Front desk staff not overly friendly, but check-in and out was easy. Housekeeping services provided by request only. We requested it at least one time while there and never got it. Bed and pillows were not the worst I have experienced, but not the best. I would call our experience "adequate". Hotel is convenient to popular destinations and food options.

Hello there, I'm so sorry about the confusion. I do see a note on your reservation that states you weren't sure when you would need housekeeping and that you would notify us. I don't see a note that you notified us but I do see notes that front desk agents called the room every morning to ask but never got an answer. Since you're mentioning that you did, I want to apologize, whichever front desk agent you notified most likely forgot to leave the note. I will review footage to see who it was. Still a best hotel
Well not 1st time I've stayed here. Have little to no complaints. Pretty much had everything I needed and comfort was there. Best part was the free breakfast meal in the morning. Perfect if you need a place to crash.

Good for overnight
We stayed here for 1 night before flying back to Australia. We arrived a little early and the lovely Alexa at the front office booked us in. The room was spacious, bathroom a little tight, but the room was very clean. The hotel has security and was very well presented. The breakfast was simple but good. There are eating options within 5 minutes. Would recommend.

This is an older hotel that is dated, No daily maid service and parking can be a problem if you arrive late. Located within walking distance of a few restaurants. Relatively safe and walkable

We do offer maid service but it's upon request, one can request daily, every other day or whatever sequence works for the individual guest. I'm sorry that you weren't aware of this, I will talk to my Front Desk to give them a refresher on this so they can always inform all our guest upon check-in. We do also have it posted in our lobby right by our check-in desk.Maybe we'll see you again in the future. We do have a lot of great restaurants in the area. Thank you again.

If you want to check-in early there is a $35.00 junk fee. There are 2 Best Westerns next to each other and we were sent to the one without our reservation. Bed was not comfy. This is a MOTEL, not an Inn. No elevators. The place needs a make-over. Even a new shower head for the bath tub would help. They did have a breakfast which was nice, but very crowded.
