Really enjoyed staying here. Its perfect, so close to beach, the pier and activities. Once you park no need to drive. Restaurants walking distance, Carls Cafe 1 minute walk with great breakfast. Rented 2 bikes and rode to Veince and back. Recommended renting an old fashion pedlal bike, cheaper and fun I will come back forsure

Family beach getaway!

We had a wonderful time staying in this awesome house in Santa Monica with our family ! This is our 3rd or 4th time and our adult kids look forward to it! The home is gorgeous and so close to the beach ! Bedrooms were perfect for a large group! Kitchen / family room worked well and then having a few quiet living areas to chill was super! Thanks for another wonderful time!

Amazing!

Four day stay over spring break this year. We travel to California a few times a year (daughter at UC) and we usually stay at hotels but decided to try VRBO for this trip. The House was fantastic and better than in pictures. Great location near downtown SM and 1 block off of the beach. House if well appointed and roomy. We have five of us and it worked very well. Only problem is that we did not want to leave!

Where do I begin?! This home is pristine- everything about it. Love how private and safe it feels, yet in the heart of Santa Monica! Kitchen cabinets stocked with cooking oils, spices, nespresso coffee pods, beach towels, soap & shower toiletries, extra toilet paper & paper towels. Once you arrive there’s nothing to worry about, the owner has thought of everything! Lots of space for my three teenagers to spread out and each have their own room! I hope we can come back in the future!!!

Great Spot in a Great Location

Love this place, incredible location. Really hard to get any better, would go back tomorrow. Love the little side street, parking is easy and right there, 150 yds to beach, right by pier, walking to great restaurants. General layout of the home is a little weird in that it has a full bath not attached to a bedroom downstairs but other than that you can't complain. I would go back in a second. So 1 master bedroom downstairs 3 Bedrooms upstiars with one full bath 1 Full bath downstairs separate from Master.

This was a perfectly appointed, upgraded place. The location is in the thick of the touristy beach/pier area and yet its location feels very tucked away and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to have “all the fun” and get back for kid naps and adult downtime. Amazing!

Our family of four adults enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Lots of space for the adult kids to have their own time. Perfect with the four bedrooms and three bathrooms to make everyone’s stay a welcome one. House is well equipped and Tom is quick and efficient to work with. Would stay here again.

We loved this house! Super clean and comfortable, lots of space, beautiful views and amazing location right across the street from the beach. Even though it’s right near all the action it is tucked away and feels very private and quiet. I really appreciated that it came equipped with all the stuff we needed to take our four year old to the beach: chairs, beach toys, and even a mesh tote to haul it all downstairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is the kind of experience you hope upon hope you will; normally it's not this perfect. Whether you are working or there for leisure, this is one of the most beautiful, lovingly cared for homes I have stayed in. This is an amazing property located a block off the beach in Santa Monica. We loved the gas fire pit area in the back as it allowed us to have a few friends over for socially distanced adult beverages in the evening. When I mistakenly left my international adapter and i-phone cord at the property, Christina was so kind to mail it to me and then refused payment for the cost. How nice of her!
