Our Spanish style house was built in the 1930's and has some unique touches from that period. It is our home, and we love it. It is in a prime location - Miracle Mile on a dead end street with lovely planting
throughout. Our gardener comes weekly.
House has AC and Heat as well as Wifi and internet, a TV in the den and one in the Master bedroom. There are also overhead fans in the bedrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Both the Master bedroom and the Second bedroom have ensuite bathrooms.
The third bedroom is also an office with a large desk, and printer. The fold out sofa becomes a queen bed. Since we are in the film business, there are many great DVD's from all over the world in the library. Feel free to watch them but take good care of them – please.
There are also many books throughout the house to enjoy.
There are wooden floors through out and an indoor fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking delicious meals and there are outdoor farmer markets in the vicinity for purchasing fresh fish and vegetables.
House has an open floor plan perfect for California indoor/outdoor living. Two patios in the back yard shaded by a large eucalyptus tree. Gas barbecue, ping pong table.
The washer, dryer, and third bathroom are in a back house. The office there is locked and the only room not for use.
In five minutes, you can walk to the Academy Museum (movies every night!) and have a drink or a meal at Fanny’s restaurant as well as spend hours digging their extensive museum dedicated to film making throughout the years.
Next to it is Los Angeles County Museum with their in popular Urban Lights public arts installation. Check out their impressive art installations of the week. Next door, kids will love the Tar Pits museum that recreates the history of the Dinosaurs.
A five minute drive to the historic Farmers Market and the Grove. Ten minutes to Beverly Hills and twenty minutes to the lovely beaches of Santa Monica.
