  • We look forward to sharing this family friendly pool home with you. This home will entertain the entire family! The home has a spacious kitchen, private master bedroom, and a spacious backyard equipped with 2 gazebos, pool (non-heated), and large grass area to enjoy. Take a 10min walk and enjoy the charming downtown which offers shops, restraurants, cafes, bars, grocery, movie theater, and Friday night fair. This quaint L.A suburb is conveniently located 25min Northeast of Downtown Los Angeles.

    Our team is available to assist throughout your stay to ensure you are comfortable and have a great time.
    HOUSE RULES

    1. GUEST REGISTRATION/OCCUPANCY LIMITS
    Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property
    Maximum occupancy: 6 guests

    2. PARTIES/EVENTS/GATHERINGS
    No parties, events, commercial activities, or gatherings without written approval.
    Excessive noise, DJ equipment, or amplified outdoor sound is prohibited.
    Decorations requiring tape, nails, confetti, glitter, or structural alterations are prohibited.

    3. NOISE & QUIET HOURS
    Quiet hours: 11PM to 8AM.
    Outdoor noise must remain respectful at all times.
    Local city noise ordinances must be followed.
    Repeated noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund.

    4. SMOKING POLICY
    No smoking/Vaping allowed on the property.
    Guests may do so on public property

    5. PETS
    No Pets Allowed

    6. DAMAGES/MISSING ITEMS
    Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
    Stained linens, towels, furniture, or rugs may incur replacement charges if restoration is not possible.
    Furniture may not be rearranged without permission.
    Missing items will be charged at replacement cost.
    *Please notify your host of any damages that occur during your stay

    7. SECURITY CAMERAS & MONITORING DEVICES
    Exterior security cameras may be present and disclosed in the listing.
    Cameras are not located in private areas.
    Tampering with monitoring equipment is prohibited.

    8. PARKING RULES
    Parking is permitted only in designated areas.
    No street blocking or neighbor driveway obstruction.
    Street Parking; Guests are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all street signs and following street parking restrictions if applicable.
    No RVs, trailers, or commercial vehicles unless approved.

    9. POOL/SPA/OUTDOOR AMENITIES (IF APPLICABLE)
    Use at your own risk.
    No glass near pool/spa.
    Guest must rinse before entering the pool/spa
    Children must be supervised at all times.
    Do not tamper with pool equipment or temperature settings.
    No diving (if not permitted).

    10. BBQ/FIREPIT/FIREPLACE SAFETY
    Clean the BBQ after use.
    Do not leave the grill unattended.
    Follow all local fire restrictions.
    No indoor candles unless permitted.
    Fireplaces only if listed as operational.
    Do not place any items inside gas-operated firepits. (Including wood, paper, or any flammable items)

    11. HVAC & UTILITIES
    Doors/windows must remain closed when HVAC is running.
    Do not disable smart thermostats or internet equipment.
    Thermostat to remain within the temperature parameters of 67°F-
    78°F

    12. TRASH & CLEANLINESS
    Dispose of trash in designated bins.
    Outdoor disposal bins must be secured using the wildlife securing attachments (If Applicable)
    Follow the city trash schedule if staying during collection. (Reference *Disposal Guide)
    Excessive trash left behind may incur additional cleaning fees

    13. MAINTENANCE & REPORTING
    Guests must report damage or maintenance issues immediately.
    Failure to report issues that worsen may increase liability.
    Do not attempt repairs yourself.

    14. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
    No illegal activity of any kind.
    No weapons discharge.
    No drug manufacturing or unlawful gatherings.
    Violation results in:
    Immediate cancellation without refund
    Possible law enforcement involvement

    15. INDEMNIFICATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
    Guests agree:
    To use property amenities at their own risk.
    To hold the host/management harmless for injury not caused by gross negligence.
    Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

    Some of our properties are located in a natural residential setting where wildlife may occasionally be present. Depending on the season and surroundings, various animals, birds, insects, or other wildlife may pass through outdoor areas.
    While the property is regularly maintained, the presence of wildlife is outside of management’s control. Guests are asked to:

    Secure trash and food properly
    Avoid feeding or approaching wildlife
    Supervise children and pets when outdoors
