It was located in a quiet area with access to shops and restaurants. However, there were staffing shortages at the hotel, and the elevator still wasn't fixed when I left. The hotel staff members were very friendly and responsive to requests.

Very loud, I heard ppl in the next room partying amongst other things for two days, parking is increasingly terrible, people take two spots, park in the drive aisle at entry. Beer/alcohol bottles in the parking structure, feels a bit unsafe.

The person working the front desk at night named Jospeh has his buddies hanging in the parking lot all night on weekends and they are revving engines and yelling and making noise. Pretty unbelievable that this hotel has an employee who disturbs the guests at the hotel.

The room was nice, however under the sink it was pretty dusty, we grabbed the towels they might have been dusty as well and it left marks of the towels and the other items that were under, which let us believe that it had been unattended for a while. Other then that we had a nice stay.

The hotel is nice and the service is great but it lacks in parking. They allow anyone to park on the property even if you're not staying there which makes it a real inconvenience for the guest and as far as I can tell there's no security roaming about.

The lock on the connecting door didn’t work so they had to transfer us to a different room. Overall there was a lot of noise. We could hear the TV from the room next door at midnight.

The hotel is out of date, but it was alright. Most staff were friendly. The sound proof is not existing at all. People next door at 4 am decided to have some adult fun. The woman was super loud for 20 minutes like a pro. I was awake and felt like in the same room with them. There was 0 sound proof and no wall in between two rooms. I was badly concerned if my kids were awake and how I would explain why that woman was yelling so bad. Definitely not recommended for families with what is going on in the hotel and noise.

Lots of drug addicts in the area. The room was musty and dirty. Bathroom is in desperate need of some updates. Overall I will never stay here again. And I grew up 2-3 minutes away from here.

Great stay - enjoyed it a lot. We only got water the first day, and then they said they “ran out of complimentary water and only have water for purchase until a week later.” Very weird when you’re staying at a 4 star hotel. The reception staff were very friendly though.
