Not as Advertised! Property Owner Cheap! Camera not Disclosed!
The house and backyard are nice and as pictured, however...The Property was listed with a heated pool and a spa, which is why we rented it. NO spa and pool was Not heated. When we asked to turn on the pool heater, we were told it would cost an extra $3,000! Pool water was freezing as it is mostly in the shade.
The water heater was "on its last leg" as the owner said and we had to constantly relight the pilot light, The owner told us it would take three days to replace it, so we opted to go with constantly relighting the pilot light so we were not without hot water for three days.
The listing states sleeps six, there was two of us. The owner tried to get more money for having one guest that visited us as she watches you through ring doorbell on outside gate which is Not disclosed. There are no screens on any doors or windows and a lot of flies and mosquitos there, so you cannot open them for fresh air.
The owner lives in Spain, and this is strictly a rental property and furnishings, linens, pots and pans are all older and cheap. The beds were pretty comfortable.
There is nothing in walking distance and traffic is horrible going anywhere. The water pressure is bad, I had to wash my hair in kitchen sink. There isn't an iron/ironing board or microwave and only two TVs and we had to buy a Roku for one tv. The owner complained to me about the water/utility bill from previous renters!
VRBO has yet to compensate us for amenities listed and not provided.
