The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash and recyclables must be removed from all the rooms and all outdoor spaces. All trash should be placed in proper bins located by the gate. Trash Day is Friday morning.
Shut off all appliances, TV, windows & close doors. Return Key back inside lockbox code 0728. $75 fee for any lost or unreturned keys Please let us know if you checked out early.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
