Unable to sleep due to cycling on/off noise coming from somewhere in the hotel. Crappy, old curtains. You need tech support to get the TV going and they never bothered to show up when requested. Plus, I think the "guy" checking me in may have been an Android. Nothing against Androids, but they are not known for friendliness.

We saw cockroaches in the hallway, the rooms are dirty and have mold. We had to leave this place and find a different hotel. Also the management sucks they refuse to refund money for 3 nights even that we never stayed at the hotel. Horrible place, don’t fool yourself.

The property is old. We saw water coming from upper bathroom in our bathroom. The area nearby is good. Recommended if you don’t have an option and just for a night.

The vibe was great. The whole staff was helpful and courteous. The actual hotel room was really outdated and run down a bit. Carpet is old. There's mold between doors. The vents are old. Our AC wasnt working in one of the rooms. They did come in to try and fix it right away. It worked for a day and broke down again.

I booked a room for myself and my partner, for one night. Based on the photos of the hotel online, it looks decent to stay in for one night, right? No. The elevator had a smell, other guests were loud, and the walls had old wallpaper and stains. The rooms feel stuffy, like hard to breathe. Overall, the room was not comfortable to stay in so we decided to leave. I appreciate the supervisor Chris for understanding that comfort is priority. However, I would not recommend staying at this property.

We liked that it is close to the freeway and not a far drive to Universal Studios, Griffith Observatory, and different dining options. The room we got was fairly clean and spacious though the property itself is old. The staff was the best part, very professional, courteous and accommodating.

My family definitely enjoyed the stay, will definitely consider as an option for future visits. Check in was quick and painless, I did use Expedia as to make the reservation (probably made it more efficient). The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The rooms are definitely dated but they were clean, spacious and quiet. The hotel needs a little TLC here and there but it’s appealing quirkiness, clever design touches, great location and convenient parking help this optically challenged duckling rise above budget crowd!

I got hurt and they weren't concerned enough to send me to the hospital. They only have junk for for breakfast...I couldn't eat anything because of the high amounts of sugar in everything. I am diabetic. I would have gone to the hospital but I didn't have any money to pay for it.

It is close to the freeway, convenient to go anywhere, and not too noisy. There is a swimming pool, which is free for guests. My daughter loves swimming, so she was very excited when she saw the swimming pool. The exhaust fan in the shower room is not working. This is my least favorite. Since I rarely stay in the room, I didn't call for maintenance.

If you’re trying to stay here for a romantic getaway, skip it. If you’re here for a birthday bash celebration, skip it. If you’re here to save as much money on a hotel for a night, it’ll do. The hotel looks better from the other side than the inside of the rooms. Just walking to our hotel room seemed scary and concerning. The hotel is like half done half not? It’s very odd that it isn’t up to an average standard at least. The room inside was the basic of the basics. Nothing nice or glamorous. The wallpaper is peeling almost everywhere and the decor is sad. The carpet had burn marks in it when we got there. The room was a nonsmoking room but somehow smelled of cigarettes and weed. The towel had hair on it as well. Overall, it isn’t as nice as it appears on the pictures listed. I’m bummed that I felt this way walking inside and seeing/smelling this after a long day. Staff was nice and helpful. But overall, skip it if I were you.

Property was lovely and we had a great stay. The staff was amazing and our kids definitely enjoyed the pool. Only issue we had was the people in the room next to use were smoking weed. We don’t have issues with people smoking week but do have issues when the smoke makes it into our room where we have children. Not the hotel’s fault and they did what they could to deal with the issue. All in all a great play and we look forward to staying there again.
