I check in to my room only to find that it hadn’t yet been cleaned Beer cans on the floor in my room, weird stench. Then got moved to a new room and ended up getting locked out due to faulty security for stopper!

Very nice hotel. Quite a few cruisers, as we were. Very nice free breakfast. Free shuttle pickup from Long Beach airport. Close by dining/food places and shopping.

Everything was great, except our room didn’t have a door to the restroom, that kind of was uncomfortable but we made it work. The lobby restrooms were down the hall.

The staff are nice and friendly. However, the noise from the street kept me awake at night. The location is convenient, with many department stores and fast food restaurants nearby. I gave it 4 stars because of the street noise and the fact that the bedsheets were not changed. Additionally, the bedsheets and pillowcases smelled like body sweat.

Rooms could be cleaner. Shower had some black scum under shelf and near door. There was a smear of what I don't know next to toilet. Chaise had a lot of white stains like its never been cleaned.
