The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please completely shut off t he AC/Heat thermostat system. All the windows and patio/balcony doors closed shut. All the lights, TVs, appliances etc are to be turned off.
Please note for our home that allow for dogs, please be sure to pick up after your dog around the outdoor spaces. We will charge for Extra Cleaning if this is not done. If applicable, please be sure
to leave parking permit or garage remote clicker inside home. Any indoor or outdoor furniture that were moved must be returned back to it's original place or our Cleaners will charge extra cleaning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
