Before You Book – Please Read Carefully
ID VERIFICATION
A government-issued photo ID is required for every guest at least 24 hours before check-in for building registration.
Physical IDs must be shown at check-in — blurry, cropped, or overnight submissions will not be accepted by security.
GUEST RULES
Only pre-registered and approved guests will be allowed access (maximum of 4 guests per unit).
All guests aged 18 and over must submit their ID before arrival — failure to do so may result in booking cancellation.
NO SMOKING
Smoking of any kind — including marijuana — is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in rooftop areas.
A $500 fine will be charged for violations, and repeat offenses may lead to future booking restrictions.
MAIL & DELIVERIES
Please do not send mail or packages to the unit unless arrangements have been made with the host in advance.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is strictly 11:00 AM.
Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $150 fee.
AMENITIES ACCESS
Guests have access to the pool and gym.
Pool hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM (may vary by building).
Limit of 4 guests per visit — all must be registered, whether staying overnight or not.
Please follow rooftop rules to maintain access.
PARKING
There is no on-site parking. Multiple paid parking lots are available on the same block and nearby.
Please note that parking is not included, and no refunds will be issued for parking-related issues.
